BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can book by sending us a request by email, phone, or WhatsApp or by using this sites booking engine on the home page.

Additional Charges - Extra single bed will be charged at 20 euro per night.

Check in - 15:00 to 21:00 - Check out 10:00 - On arrival each guest will need to show their identification documents.

Room Cleaning - Rooms are cleaned daily from 10:00. Towels and sheets are replaced every three days during your stay.

Pets - Sorry, animals are not allowed and smoking is only permitted outside the premises.

Cancellation - Free cancellation less bank charges if your room is cancelled at least 24 Hours prior to your arrival, after this time the cost of 1 night will be charged.

City Tax - Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the city tax which is per person per day, maximum charge 7 days. The rate from January to March and from November to December is €1.50 and increases to €2.50 from April to October. The city tax is not included in the room price. Children under the age of twelve are not charged.

Parking - Free on site secure parking however owners must retain responsibility and liability for their vehicles and property.
