BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can book by sending us a request by email, phone, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp or by using this sites booking engine on the home page.

Your booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a deposit payment (city tax excluded) of 50% of the entire stay which can be paid by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal, the remainder can be paid by cash on arrival. Bank Transfer details are available on request but if you prefer to use PayPal we will send you a payment request via email.

Additional Charges - Extra single bed will be charged at 20 euro per night.

Check in - 15:00 to 21:00 - Check out 10:00 - On arrival each guest will need to show their identification documents.

Room Cleaning - Rooms are cleaned daily from 10:00. Towels and sheets are replaced every three days during your stay.

Pets - Sorry, animals are not allowed and smoking is only permitted outside the premises.

Cancellation - Free cancellation less bank charges if your room is cancelled at least 24 Hours prior to your arrival, after this time the cost of 1 night will be charged.

City Tax - From the 1st of January to 31st of May and the 1st of October to the 31st of December upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the city tax of 1.00 Euro (children under the age of 12 years old excluded). From the 1st of June to 30 of September the city tax is 1.50 euro. The city tax is not included in the room price.

Parking - Free on site secure parking however owners must retain responsibility and liability for their vehicles and property.
